Check In Time : After 3:00 p.m. on day of arrival.

Sea Lion Homestay reserves the right to release Confirmed Room to public after 1800hrs / 6:00 p.m. if no notice on late check-in. Late check-in will not be get any discount or price reduction on room rate.

Check Out Time: Before 11:00 a.m Late check-out is subject to additional charges. No refund will be given for early check-out.

Please contact us for any changes on reservation, we are no responsible on any loss of the said changes.

100% deposit is required for Room and Packages Confirmation, hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations that has no deposit. All deposit is not refundable.

  • Check-out time is before 11:00 a.m.
  • Check-in time is after 3:00 p.m.
  • Room extension charges must be immediately settled.
  • Keep the hotel premises clean.
  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings. The Management will not be held liable for any loss or damages incurred.
  • Flammable or commercial goods are not allowed on hotel premises.
  • No heavy trunks or anything as deemed inappropriate by the Management should be stored in the hotel’s room.
  • Taking room items as souvenirs is prohibited or charges will be added onto guest’s Hotel bill.
  • Any abandoned luggage or lost and found items that are not claimed by the guest after 90 days, the Management has the right to dispose of these items.
  • No pets & plants of any sort are allowed on the Hotel premises.
  • No gambling or illicit behavior of any kind is permitted.
  • No noise on the hotel premises.
  • No hanging of clothes or other items outside the windows is allowed.
  • No changing or transfer of rooms is allowed without the permission of the Front Desk.
  • Guests are held responsible for damages done and loss of the furniture and decorations or fittings and fixtures inside the room.
  • All electrical appliances should be switched off and windows should be closed when guests are out.
  • No electrical appliances and furniture are to be installed inside the room without the permission of the Management.
  • Our staffs may check the room from time to time.

In the case of violation on the above mentioned regulations or any misconducts as deemed to cause others’ inconvenience or discomfort, the Management reserves the right to ask the guest to leave The Management reserves the right to alter or amend the above regulations without any prior notice.
